|Recommended: YesLove Decatur Flats — I have only been living at Decatur Flats for almost a week, and we have loved every bit of it. It is very quiet, clean, spacious, and nice. Our unit was prepared even with a time crunch very quickly with the help of the amazing property manager, Geigo. He has also talked with us about the upcoming events and changes he will be conducting around the community which is awesome The location is perfect. We are within a mile or two from many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas in every direction. We are also close to downtown Atlanta and the city, so the location is extremely convenient. We are happy residents

|Recommended: YesVery Impressed Welcoming, Spacious, Safe and Quiet Community — I spent over a month looking for an apartment in the Atlanta area and when I came across Decatur Flats it definitely stood out. I contacted the leasing office and the whole application process was very quick and easy. On move in day, Geigo was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made the community feel like home. The unit is spacious and beautiful with modern renovations and appliances. There is even a wood burning fire place and sunroom There is plenty of parking and the complex feels safe and quiet. I hope to stay at Decatur Flats until I find a permanent house.

|Recommended: YesAffordable apartment — Decatur Flats apartments are affordable, clean, and located in a safe area, but no place is 100 safe and it's good to be cautious out here in the Atlanta area. The office staff are nice and helpful too. The interior design of the apartments are up to date and pretty modern. The only downside is you may spot the occasional insect in the apartment, but they have workers spray insecticides whenever you want it to be sprayed. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to stay.

|Recommended: YesComfortable living with accessible location — The management team is great here they respond usually within an hour via email. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors around you.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Place to Call Home — Decatur Flats is a great apartment complex that I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is super friendly and Avery is one of the best leasing managers I have ever met. He is extremely helpful and is always quick to respond. The apartment itself is well constructed and very spacious. All the appliances are new and work great. All work orders are addressed and completed in a quick manner with no issues. I have never had an issue with sound or disturbance in any way. The parking is plentiful and it is not difficult to find a space for yourself or visitors. They work hard to keep the community clean and I have truly enjoyed my time staying here
