We’d love to show you our community. For in-person tours, you can book directly on the website or contact the Leasing Office to schedule a tour. Please bring your ID to the tour. For online virtual tours, check out our website. Walk-ins are also welcome during office hours.

We offer 12-month lease terms

You'll need to provide a valid ID and proof of income.

    • Application Fee: $75 per applicant (non-refundable)

    • Administrative Fee: $200 one-time (non-refundable)

    • Security Deposit: $750 standard OR Flex Deposit option (if approved).

To qualify, your income should be at least three times the rent amount, and a credit score of 550 or higher is required. If your income or credit score falls short, you may still be approved with additional conditions.

We do not allow subleasing to ensure the comfort and security of all our residents.

Yes, renter's insurance is required to protect your belongings and provide peace of mind. Each applicant must be on the insurance policy. For more information, please contact our leasing team

Our team will send you a notice for renewal 75 days before your lease expiration. To renew your lease, please send us an email indicating your desire to renew at least 30 days before your lease ends, and we will provide you with an updated lease agreement. We would be sad to see you go but if you do not wish to renew your lease a 60-day written notice is required.

    • Valet Trash- $25 (Sundays - Thursdays) - Monthly
    • Pest Control- $5.00 (Monthly)
    • Billing Fee- $7.00 ( Monthly )

    • $300 Per pet- max 2 pets per apartment
    • $40 per month per pet
    • Required to register pets with PetScreening

    • Water & Sewer- billed monthly based on apartment size- Paid by resident
    • AT&T or Xfinity- Paid by Resident
    • GA Power is the electric vendor

Our community utilizes GA Power for electric, Dekalb County billed through Conservice for water and sewer, and Valet Living for valet trash through Conservice. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: AT&T. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 6th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Yes, we are proud to offer employer discounts for the following employers: CDC, Dekalb County Schools, Medical Workers, Emory University, Georgia State University, LA Fitness, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, Delta, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Target, AT&T. Please contact the leasing office for a full list of discounts and concessions offered for preferred employers.

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Yes, ceiling fans are included in select apartment homes, located in in living room and bedrooms. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

The parking options at our community include no parking fees and standard parking lot. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a Swimming pool with large sun deck, outdoor gathering areas designed for relaxation and socializing, dog park and playground. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.

While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer EV Charging Stations as an amenity in our community.

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease.
